to reduce meet consumption and increase plants consumption [to reduce impact on Earth and feed the planet]
to cut plastic choices and choose glass packagings and solutions instead
to select only unrefined food and get away from GMO
to find organic and biovital veggies and fruits on daily basis
to educate about gluten and conventional wheat flour harmful features
to start zero waste life style and consider not buying things, repairing instead
to get free from pesticides and herbicides slavery and choose bio fertilizers
to open communication on “zero allergens” within beauty and cleaning products
to support yoga development and other sport activation, like running
to help parents in rescuing their babies from unnecessary health loss
to talk about food additives, preservatives, emulsifiers, causing diseases
to avoid artificial supplementing the body and choose natural ways instead
to inspire the food and beauty industry to choose more sustainable ways
to spread the word on animal testing and cruelty-free alternatives
